At this time we do not accept returns unless we misrepresent an item, i.e. we ship a black top to you instead of a purple one you ordered. In the case that we misrepresent an item to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at [email protected] and one of our customer care representatives will walk you through the process. If our Returns department is not contacted within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, we will assume that you are satisfied with the product, and will not exchange it.

RJZBoutique.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item.
